Simple Breakfast or Dessert!
This is so simple to make and inexpensive.
3 medium strawberries (9 calories)
3 ounces of lowfat yogurt (100 calories)
1/3 cup of granola (120 calories)
Cut the strawberries into small pieces and layer all the ingredients together however you please.

Mini Pie Crusts (110 Calories)
Lowfat Pudding (70 Calories per serving)
Strawberries (2-5 calories each)
<3 Cut the tops of the strawberries in the shape of a "V" and slice to get a heart shape.
